Selection process

*Selection process starts after submission of online application form. There are many steps in this selection process, details of all steps are given below.

Application Verification: After submitting the online application form, the application form is verified by the authority. If there are no mistakes in the application form and all the details are correct then the application form is accepted. But if there is any error in the application form like uploaded photo and signature is not clearly visible, forms filling details are incorrect etc... Then that application is rejected. And the reason for cancellation of that application is informed to the candidate by mail to his registered e-mail id.

Entrance Examination: Candidates whose applications are accepted they are eligible to participate in the Entrance Examination. There are various processes and stages of entrance exam, the details of those stages are mentioned below.

Written Examination/Computer Based Examination/Group Discussion Examination:  In this phase candidates will be selected through Written Exam or Computer Based Exam or Group Discussion Exam (Online/Offline). This exam will be of total 80 marks. To pass this stage, the candidate must get 60 percent or more of the total marks. Then candidates can proceed to the next step.

Interview Test: In this phase candidates will be selected through Interview Test (Online/Offline). This exam will be of total 20 marks. To pass this stage, the candidate must get 60 percent or more of the total marks. Then candidates can proceed to the next step.

Medical Test: Candidates will be sent call letter for Medical Test. Medical test should be done at the authority mentioned in the call letter. If you fit the medical test, then you will qualify for the next process.

Final Merit: This merit list will be published based on the marks obtained in the Entrance Examination. If you are shortlisted in this list then you are eligible for verification process.

Verification Process: In this step is educational qualification certificate and character and antecedent verification (police verification) will be done. After completing all the above selection process, training center list is provided to the candidate for training at the nearest training center. After that, the list of educational institutions selected by the candidate's choice is sent to the authorities. Similarly a reporting letter is issued for joining the training institute of the candidate's choice. Then, after the candidate has completely successful the specified course, he is again given a reporting letter to join a permanent placement. Then the candidate takes the reporting letter and reports to the concerned authority and joins the permanent placement.
